What hardware specs do I get in the Taleshape Cloud?
We provide dedicated resources for your instance to ensure consistent performance:
- Standard: 2 vCPUs, 4GB RAM, 40GB SSD, 20TB Traffic
- Pro: 4 vCPUs, 16GB RAM, 160GB SSD, 20TB Traffic (You get this times 2 since it's a high-availability deployment)
Where are our servers?
The Taleshape Cloud is hosted with Hetzner, in your region of choice. For Pro and Enterprise plans we can deploy directly in your existing infrastructure.
How long does it take to get started?
Once you sign up, we usually have your dedicated Shaper instance ready for you within 24 hours. From there, you can immediately start connecting your data and building dashboards.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
You can cancel at any time. When running in your infrastructure all core Shaper functionality will keep working without interruptions.
Does Taleshape need access to my data?
No. We manage the Shaper application and the server it runs on, but we do not require access to the Shaper UI or the underlying data. For Enterprise customer we also offer depoyments without us having any direct server access.
